Shah Rukh Khan, Gauri and Suhana paid their last respects to Farah Khan’s mother

Filmmaker FAarah Khan and Sajid Khan’s mother Maneka Irani passed away at the age of 79 in Mumbai on Friday. Farah Khan’s close friends and colleagues in the film industry bid farewell to her mother on Friday. Among them was Farah Khan’s long-time friend and superstar Shah Rukh Khan. Shah Rukh with wife Gauri and daughter Suhana visited Farah Khan’s house last night. SRK-Gauri and Farah are part of a close circle of friends. Gauri has produced films like the 2007 film Om Shanti Om2004 movie I am not and the 2014 film Happy New Year – All of them starred Shah Rukh Khan and were directed by Farah Khan.

Earlier on Friday, Rani Mukerji, Shilpa Shetty, Bhushan Kumar and MC Steyn among others visited Farah’s house. Meanwhile, filmmaker Zoya Akhtar paid tribute to her aunt Maneka Irani through a special post. She shared a throwback photo of Maneka Irani and wrote in her post, “Maneka aunty. You shaped my life in ways that I will forever be grateful for. You made me read, you made me laugh, you made me listen to country music and you made me the most special girl in the world.” It seemed to be.
