A day before the festival of colours, Bachchan and Nanda celebrated together. Holika Dahan, in several pictures shared by Amitabh Bachchan’s granddaughter Navya Naveli Nanda and her uncle Abhishek, the Bachchan family along with Aishwarya Rai can be seen celebrating on the lawn of their Mumbai home. The photo album shows him posing with the new Bonfire Ghoomar The star can be seen closely observing the burning of the fire. Last year, in an interview with Hindustan Times, Navya Naveli Nanda was asked about her decision not to act despite her family background in the film industry. She replied, “Well, I also come from a professional family. So, I was very clear that (I didn’t want to join acting). After college, I knew this is what I wanted to do.”
Navya Naveli Nanda recently appeared on her podcast What the Hell Navya season 2 along with her grandmother, veteran actress Jaya Bachchan and mother Shweta Bachchan.
Abhishek Bachchan was last seen in the sports drama Ghoomar. He shared screen space with Saiyami Kher in this film. On the work front, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan was last seen in Ponyyin Selvan: II. Directed by Mani Ratnam, the film also featured Vikram, Jayam Ravi, Trisha Krishnan, Aishwarya Lakshmi and Sobhita Dhulipala in lead roles.
