Salman Khan’s brother-in-law Aayush Sharma is busy promoting his upcoming film. Ruslan, during a promotional interview with Bollywood Bubble, the actor opened up about his struggling days in Bollywood. Reminiscing about his early days in the film industry, Aayush revealed that he was a background dancer in a Ranbir Kapoor and Deepika Padukone starrer. This is a young goddess sing A friend from Delhiduring the interview, Ayush said, “I came to Mehboob Studio for the first time This is a young goddess, someone said to me ‘Why are you working as a background dancer.’ I said I want to see what a film set looks like and see how a shoot goes. I could not get a job as an assistant director. Once upon a time I wanted to be a casting director, thinking I could come on set. I remember I shot for YJHD at Mehboob Studio. It was a beautiful moment because there were 300-400 background dancers and I was one of them. Then I saw Manish Malhotra, Deepika Padukone, Kalki Koechlin and then I saw Ranbir Kapoor entering the sets for the Delhi Girlfriend song shoot.
“It was for singing A friend from Delhi, we were told the steps and we did them. I was trying to hide behind the camera, I’m here to learn… but that day I was tempted to look at the monitor. I wanted to see how I look or dance but I was afraid that only the HOD was allowed near the monitor,” added the Antim actor.
