While there was talk of Adah Sharma occupying late actor Sushant Singh Rajput’s apartment in Mumbai, the Kerala Katha actor revealed that she moved into the place four months ago. In an interview with Bombay Times, the actor opened up about the move and how some people tried to dissuade him from moving into the space in Bandra. “I moved into the flat (Mont Blanc Apartments, Bandra) four months ago, but I was busy. Promoting my projects including the OTT release of Bastar and The Kerala Story. After that I spent some time at the elephant sanctuary in Mathura. Recently I got some time off and finally settled down,” Adah said.
She added, “I have lived in the same house in Pali Hill (Bandra) all my life and this is the first time I am moving out. I am very sensitive to vibes and this place gives me positive vibes. Our houses in Kerala and Mumbai are surrounded by trees and we used to eat birds and squirrels. So, I wanted a house with a view and enough space for the birds to feed.”
Actress Adah Sharma was spotted outside late Sushant Singh Rajput’s apartment last year. Since then, speculations have been rife as to whether she is buying the flat the actor lived in before his death. Earlier, when she was asked about it during an interaction with Siddharth Kannan, the actress mentioned that she was “overwhelmed” by the media attention when she went to see the apartment. “Right now I just want to say that I live in everyone’s heart,” she said. It is the right time to speak. When I went to see the place, I was a little overwhelmed by the media attention. I am a private person. I love being in the public eye for my films, but I have always been private. I protect my privacy.”
On 14 June 2020, Sushant Singh Rajput was found dead in his Mumbai apartment. He was 34 years old. This actor has given many hit films to Bollywood Chhichhore, MS Dhoni: The Untold Story, and Kai Po Che! Sushant’s last film, poor heart, was released posthumously.
