Aditi Rao Hydari, who recently announced her engagement to actor Siddharth, shared that she is in the happiest phase of her relationship and is enjoying every moment of it.
“It’s wonderful and absolutely fantastic. I feel very lucky,” Aditi told ANI while talking about her engagement.
Both the actors announced their engagement through a social media post in March.
Aditi has many reasons to celebrate. She is receiving a lot of appreciation for her portrayal of Sanjay Leela Bhansali Hiramandi: Diamond Bazaar.
The ‘Padmaavat’ actor is happy to be reuniting with Bhansali and said it was an incredible experience working with him.
“He creates such a beautiful, immersive world. He gets the best out of his actors. What makes Hiramandi Interestingly, there are many stories to tell and each about a very unique woman. And Sanjay sir really gives great importance to his female characters and their stories,” she said.
“He believes that every woman, no matter where she comes from, deserves to be treated like a queen. And her story deserves to be told with great dignity, pride and courage. So, to be a part of it Hiramandi And living with Sanjay sir, surrendering to him, learning from him was incredible and I feel very blessed for that. I love Sanjay sir and working with him was amazing,” she added.
Through the stories of courtesans and their patrons, the series delves into cultural realities. Hiramandithe series stars Manisha Koirala, Sonakshi Sinha, Richa Chadha, Sanjeeda Sheikh, Aditi Rao Hydari, Sharmin Segal, Taha Shah Badusha, Shekhar Suman and Adhyayan Suman.
Working with such a talented team of actors was a learning experience for Aditi. “Working with incredible people meant a lot to me. Also, working with Manisha ma’am, Sonakshi, Richa, Sanjeeda was real for me. There were so many people on set who were incredible. We all wanted the best. For each other.”
“Manisha ma’am is so kind and encouraging. So are Sanjeeda, Sharmeen, Taha, Fardeen (Khan), they are all great and incredible,”
Aditi plays the strong role of Bibbojan in this serial. The stunning actor believes in giving her best.
“I completely surrendered to Sanjay sir. I surrendered to his vision. I surrendered to his script. Preparation for me was to work on my language. I wanted to speak Urdu in a natural way. Munira madam was our diction coach and she was particular about our pronunciation. .”
She also learned Kathak for this series. “My other preparation is that I have been learning Bharatanatyam since I was five years old. So I have muscle memory and to break that down into Kathak, that and the authentic Kathak, we see today. To make sure that when I come on set, I can take direction and make my director proud. to prepare
Aditi is looking forward to some exciting projects of hers.
“I have ‘Lionness’, which is an Indo-British production. It’s titled by two girls. It’s Paiz Sandhu from the UK. It’s about the suffrage movement and I think a lot of people are very excited about it. So I’m ready too, soon. Will be leaving for Cannes with L’Oreal.’
