Aishwarya Rai Bachchan She is making headlines with her stylish looks at the Cannes Film Festival 2024. While her gorgeous outfits and million-dollar smile steal hearts, it’s hard to ignore her right-hand artist. According to the report of Hindustan Times, the actress will undergo surgery on the injury after returning from the film festival. A source told the daily, “Aishwarya broke her wrist over the weekend and had to wear a cast. However, she was adamant that she wanted to keep her Cannes tradition alive. Thus, despite the injury, she fulfilled her professional commitments and made it to Cannes.”
The source also mentioned that the actor flew to France only after consulting with specialists and her doctor and she will have to undergo surgery on her hand soon. “Her surgery is scheduled for next week after she returns from Cannes,” the source added.
Meanwhile, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan has shared videos from the film festival on Instagram to showcase her gorgeous Falguni and Shane Peacock outfits. In one clip, the star is dressed in a black, white and metallic gold creation. Aishwarya also posed with the designer duo and kissed her daughter on the cheek, Aaradhya Bachchan,

At the 77th edition of the Cannes Film Festival, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan attended the screening of two films – Megalopolis And Types of Kindness. The actress is at the festival as the global spokesperson for cosmetic giant L’Oréal Paris.
Apart from Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, Indian celebrities like Naseeruddin Shah, Ratna Pathak Shah, Kiara Advani, Shobhita Dhulipala and Taha Shah Badusha were spotted at the Cannes Film Festival 2024.
On the professional front, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan was last seen Ponniyin Selvan: II. Directed by Mani Ratnam, the film hit the big screens in April 2023. Shobhita Dhulipala, Jayam Ravi, Vikram, Jairam, Trisha, Karthi, Aishwarya Lakshmi, Sara Arjun were also a part of the film.
