Alia Bhatt attended Met Gala In New York earlier this week, she took to her Instagram profile last night to share more photos and videos of her big red carpet moment and a few behind-the-scenes glimpses. A day later, her sister-in-law and superstar Kareena Kapoor reacted to the post. Alia Bhatt is married to Kareena’s cousin and actor Ranbir Kapoor. In the comment section of Alia’s post, Kareena Kapoor wrote, Alia the best. Alia’s mother and veteran actress Soni Razdan also commented on the post. “Ethereal and beautiful,” read her comment. Tanisha Mukherjee wrote this for Alia Bhatt’s new post “Lil Princess”.

Adhering to this year’s Met Gala dress code of “Garden of Time,” Alia Bhatt wore one saree Designed by Sabyasachi Mukherjee.
In her Instagram post, Alia Bhatt It noted that it took “a total of 1965-man hours” to create the piece. “We embraced a delicate nostalgia for the hair and make-up – an updo coiffure adorned with intricately woven braids and soft freckles – a tribute to the gentle love of the era. Creating it is an experience… equal parts fun and stressful. The master craftsmen, embroiderers, A collective effort of 163 dedicated individuals, including artistes and dyers, invested a total of 1965-man-hours in creating this magnificent saree, a testament to boundless love and effort,” read an excerpt from Alia Bhatt’s post.
On the work front, last year Alia Bhatt made her Hollywood debut with a Gal Gadot film. The color of the stoneshe also appeared in Karan Johar’s hit film Love story of Rocky and Rani With Ranveer Singh, Dharmendra, Jaya Bachchan and Shabana Azmi. She also won the Best Actress award at the 69th National Film Awards held in Delhi last year. The actress will next be seen in Vasan Bala’s film Jigra With Vedang Raina.
