Her presence in the stands added an extra sparkle to the already colorful atmosphere of an IPL match.

Marking her first public appearance after Akay’s birth, Anushka’s latest glimpse came during her birthday celebrations, where she joined Virat and his RCB teammates for an intimate gathering.

On her birthday, Virat Kohli expressed his heartfelt feelings for his beloved wife through a touching Instagram post, expressing gratitude for her unwavering support and love. Their journey, which began with a chance meeting during a shampoo ad shoot in 2013, blossomed into a beautiful bond in their fairytale wedding in 2017.

Their family expanded with the arrival of their daughter Wamika in 2021, followed by the birth of their son Akai earlier this year.

Meanwhile, on the work front, Anushka is gearing up for her much-awaited biopic ‘Chakda Express’ based on the life of legendary cricketer Jhulan Goswami. The project marks her return to the silver screen after a gap of four years since her last role in ‘Zero’.

Coming into the match, RCB won the toss and elected to field first. At one point GT was 19/3. Then, a 61-run partnership between Shahrukh Khan (37 off 24 balls, with five fours and a six) and David Miller (30 off 20 balls with 2 fours and two sixes) helped GT make a brief comeback.

RCB continued to take regular wickets and once again reduced GT to 87/5. Then, a 44-run partnership between Rahul Tewatia (35 off 21 balls, with five fours and a six) and Rashid Khan (18 off 14 balls with two fours and a six) took GT past the 100-run mark. RCB bundled out GT for 147 runs in 19.3 overs.

Yash Dayal (2/21), Vijaykumar Vishak (2/23) and Mohammad Siraj (2/29) were the top bowlers for RCB. Cameron Green and Karn Sharma took one wicket each.

RCB need 148 runs to get their fourth win of the season. They are currently in the bottom position with a total of six points from three wins and seven losses. GT is eighth in the points table with eight points from four wins and six losses.
