On Saturday, Ekta Kapoor shared a special post on Instagram, in which she thanked Mouni Roy, Tusshar Kapoor, Sophie Chaudhary and Anu Malik for their cameos in the film. In a detailed note, Ekta also revealed that they did not charge a single penny for their performance. Sharing a still from Love, Sex and Cheating 2, Ekta wrote, “How can I ever thank Mouni Roy, Tusshar Kapoor, Sophie Chaudhary, Anu Malik for the cameos they did for me? Didn’t charge a dime…showed up and got a full 12-hour day for the movie! I have so much love and gratitude for them!!! LSD 2 Is it a film made with a lot of ‘jugad’ to watch an unconventional film that you ask people to go ahead with if you are popular! Thank you very much. I am very impressed, honored and humbled. You all did it for us and for us LSD 2, Mouni Roy played a special role for Dibakar Sir’s dark, gritty, gripping affair. This is madness and confusion. So the whole team is happy. Congratulations to the entire team. And all of you who haven’t seen the movie yet. go go go It’s playing in a theater near you.”
In his NDTV review, Film critic Saibal Chatterjee gave Love sex and cheating 2 3 out of 5 stars. He wrote,LSD 2 The many forms of violence, both physical and psychological, that exist within the heady bubble are perpetrated on those who live outside. This straightforward stumper of a film embraces its campy, pulpy spirit in full force as it caricatures a technology-driven society in directions it can’t quite understand, not yet anyway. Until then lsd 3 happens, we’ll probably know better.”
