Hiramandi Actor Taha Shah Badusha, who made his debut at the 77th Cannes Film Festival this year, admitted in an interview that he went to the French Riviera to “make a connection”. News 18. Taha Shah Badusha went to Cannes for the trailer and poster launch of his film. Paro at India Pavilion. Speaking to News 18, he said, “I went to Cannes to launch my film and do contacts. So many people from America and Canada looked at me and said, ‘This guy is the star of Hiramandi, but he is acting like a newcomer’. I literally gave people my card. Go around giving them and keep in touch with me and see Hiramandi.
Taha added, “I may not need to do this, but I know where I’m coming from. I always say that one day you’ll find a golden person who will change your life. Out of the 500-600 people I’ve met, Cannes and No. Got it, I’ll keep hustling and give my hundred percent.”
In an earlier interview with Film Companion, Dr. Taha said about the love he received abroad for his role in Heeramandi. He said, “There were some incredible people I just met from Malaysia! They literally went ballistic! Before this interview, there was this group of girls who went crazy. They were screaming, they weren’t saying anything! All of a sudden I looked at this and they said , ‘Tajdar!’ After that, they got mad and started crying.”
“I’ve never seen a reaction like this before. They (fans) came up to me and the amount of photos and videos they took was different, but they called their moms and their moms were fans! Their dads were fans! I was so happy and totally taken back.” ,” added Taha Shah Badusha.
Taha Shah Badusha also treated his fans to some stunning shots of himself against the blue skies of Cannes. Sharing the photo, he wrote, “Feeling blue in the Cannes sun never looked so good.” See here:
