A masterpiece by Sanjay Leela Bhansali Hiramandi: Diamond Bazaar, which premiered on Netflix earlier this month, got a shout-out from Priyanka Chopra. The actress has previously worked with the filmmaker. She played the role of Kashibai in Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s 2015 film Bajirao Mastani and featured in a special song Rama wants Leela From the 2013 film Goliyon ki Raslila Ram-leelaPriyanka Chopra shared a poster on her Instagram Stories on Saturday Hiramandi And she wrote, “I remember how much you wanted to do this. Congratulations” and tagged the cast of the show.

Hiramandi the stars Manisha Koirala, Sonakshi Sinha, Aditi Rao Hydari, Richa Chadha, Sharmeen Segal and Sanjeeda Shaikh, Taha Shah Badusha, Adhyayan and Shekhar Suman and Fardeen Khan. Hiramandi Shows the lives of courtesans set against the backdrop of the Indian freedom struggle of the 1940s. The series is an epic tale of love, power, revenge and freedom.

Hiramandi opened to stellar reviews. In his review for NDTV, film critic Saibal Chatterjee rated the series 3 out of 5 stars and wrote, “Bhansali draws the best out of the six main members of the cast – Manisha Koirala, Sonakshi Sinha, Aditi Rao Hydari.
