Aditi Rao Hydari, who was recently seen as Bibbojan in Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s first web series. Hiramandi: Diamond Bazaar Reminiscent of her role as Mehrunisa in the author’s 2018 historical drama Padmavata, expressing gratitude for living a ‘full life’. The beautiful diva said that she would not rule out a ‘Mehrunisa’ type cameo if ever. Speaking to IANS, Aditi reminisced about her bond with Sanjay Leela Bhansali and said that her relationship with Sanjay was heartfelt.

“I am very protective of him. I think he is very precious, and he should only be protected. For me, he is a great blessing and a blessing from him. When he called me for Mehrunisa, he said, it is one of the four. Aditi said that she always wanted to sing, dance to Sanjay Leela Bhansali and spend more time with him on the sets.

“I wanted to play a complete heroine with him. But the magic is that Mehrunisa was also ‘complete’. The role of 20-25 minutes was complete. It struck a chord with people. Love Mehrunisa was incredible and that’s the magic of a great director. Hiramandi, I felt like I had more time with someone I respected and loved. I want to live life to the fullest. I was just a genius to be around and get attention. And you know for a director like Sanjay, one, two or three times is not enough. It’s addictive, you want to keep working with it,” she shared.

When asked about her specific role in Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s project, Aditi said: “Any role he calls me, I know it will be something special. I believe he will do something special with me. I think this role should touch your heart. You can do it in 20 minutes, two hours or eight hours.

“Obviously, the child in me wants to be the hero of the film because you want to live that life longer and you want to be with the director. And of course, that’s my preference. So if a Mehrunisa-type cameo comes, I’ll never say no,” said Aditi, who His last role was in a Tamil romantic drama Hey! Sinamica,

Aditi said, “I feel like foreign actors like Jennifer Lawrence, Natalie Portman and Brad Pitt – with great directors, they go ahead and do these cameos, and they make an impression. So why should we be afraid. I don’t think. Today people are thinking, But of course the heroine, the full picture, but when it comes to the role, I’m game.”

Heeramandi also stars Manisha Koirala, Sonakshi Sinha, Richa Chadha, Sharmin Segal and Sanjeeda Shaikh. The series is airing on Netflix.
