According to a new report of The peeking moon, the actor will make a comeback with a comedy film titled Happy Patel. According to a report, a source said, “Imran has finally embarked on his comeback project almost eight months after hinting at a possible return to films last year. He will be seen as Happy Patel in a quirky comedy produced by Aamir. The Khan Productions film is a laugh-riot and Reminiscent of Imran’s previous works.

Reports also say that Happy Patel will be making his directorial debut with comedian-actor Veer Das. In 2011, Imran Khan and Veer Das worked together in Delhi Belly.

Earlier, in an interview with Vogue India, the actor opened up about why he took a break from acting. He revealed, “I hit a low point in 2016 where I felt broken inside. Fortunately, I was working in an industry that rewarded me financially, so I didn’t have to worry about money when I was 30. At that time, it wasn’t my career because I wasn’t passionate enough to want to work hard for it. I had recently become a father and I thought, ‘This is precious. I take this very seriously.’ I wanted to be the best version of myself for Imra. I decided that being an actor was not my job anymore. Now, I had to correct myself; Stay healthy and strong for my daughter.
