Ira Khan‘s recent Instagram post requires your undivided attention. She shared a detailed note on “Bhay” and got the sweetest reaction from her husband and fitness coach Nupur Shikre. In her note, Ira wrote, “I am scared. I fear being alone. I fear being helpless. and feeling helpless. I am afraid of all the bad things in the world (violence, sickness, depression). I’m afraid of losing. Fear of getting hurt. Afraid to be silenced. Rarely. Not everyday. You will see me smiling, working, living. But when I get scared… it cripples me. Fear often feels worse than anything. Tangible, we can overcome. Fear is endless and as powerful as your imagination. “
Ira Khan added, “I forget that I like very capable people who will find me if I get lost. Take care of me if I am hurt. I forget that I am a capable person. Not much to do about it. Such is the effect of fear. It helps me find another person (or a song, movie, whatever) that either makes me feel physically safe or reminds me of things I’ve forgotten, giving me hope and patience to overcome this fear. Ideally, I do both.”
Reacting to Ira Khan’s post, her husband Nupur Peaks Wrote, “I’m here na muaaaahhhhhh. He also added kiss and red heart emojis to his comments. “Who do you think the last slide was about?” said Ira, replying to Nupur.
Along with Nupur Shikhar, many celebrities also showered love on Ira Khan. Actor Ali Fazal Posted, “You are a darling! And witnessed in the electro bashing of the universe and its quantum. Let it fill you at full speed. To fear is to breathe is to live.. this too shall pass. Others return. A few more will pass.
