Next to Janhvi Kapoor’s much awaited film Mr. and Mrs. Mahi’s release, the actor shared some BTS pictures from the set. Needless to say, the pictures scream love in the truest sense of the word. In a picture, Janhvi and Rajkumar Can be seen recreating the iconic Shah Rukh Khan pose (no points for guessing which one). In another, Janhvi Kapoor is seen smiling for the camera while Rajkumar makes a funny face. While sharing the photo, Janhvi Kapoor wrote, “Mr and Mrs Mahi ki kahani, kuch jabho ki jabani.” See here:
Janhvi Kapoor is heavily promoting her new film. She shared a reel in which she can be seen dancing to the song Dekha Tenu A few days ago. Dressed in a pastel colored anarkali, Janhvi is seen moving like magic in the video. Janhvi’s BFF Ori wrote in the comments section, “Beauty, grace represents all Indian states.” One fan wrote, “The best.” Another fan commented, “Beautyul.” While sharing the video, Janhvi wrote, “Dekha Tenu just kills me emotionally.” See here:
‘Dekha Tenu’ is a new song from Karan Johar’s 2001 film ‘Kabhi Khushi Kabhi Gham’ based on the evergreen song ‘Se Shava Shava’. The original song (Se Shawa Shawa) was composed by Adesh Srivastava, lyrics were by Sameer Anjan and sung by Udit Narayan. The new rendition is composed and written by Jani and sung by Mohammad Faiz.
Directed by Sharan Sharma, who made his debut with Gunjan Saxena: The Kargil Girl, Mr. & Mrs. Mahi is the second collaboration between Janhvi Kapoor and Rajkummar Rao. Earlier they worked together in the horror comedy ‘Ruhi’. Originally slated for an April release, the sports drama will now hit theaters on May 31, 2024.
