Janhvi Kapoor lost Her mother Sridevi before her film debut hitShe recently opened up on the podcast show about how she was ‘paranoid’ as a child, fearing losing her parents. Ranveer Allahabadia, Janhvi said that she is still not over the loss of her mother and has kept calm by throwing herself into work. In the show, Janhvi was shown a picture from her childhood and asked how she was then. Janhvi revealed that as a child she used to sneak into her parents’ room to check if they were breathing. Janhvi said, “It’s funny, but even at that age I was always paranoid about missing my parents. Every time they would go out for a night out for an event, or travel for a day without me… even the little things, like doing duty free shopping.” And I’ve been on planes with my nanny, I’m always like, ‘They’re not going to get on the flight, I’ll get up in the night sometimes and go into their room to check if they’re breathing.’

A few days ago, Janhvi visited her mother Sridevi’s favorite place in Chennai – the Muppathaman Temple. Janhvi shared photos of her visit. She is seen wearing a lehenga. She is seen posing against the backdrop of a temple. Sharing the photo, Janhvi wrote, “Visited Muppathamman temple for the first time. Mamma is my favorite place in Chennai.” See here:

A few weeks ago, the Dhadak actor shared the interior pictures of her Chennai residence which is now available for rent on Airbnb. In the first picture, Janhvi is standing in front of her haveli. Other pictures offer a panoramic view of the living area, bed room, garden area and the entire property. In room decoration, white color seems to reign supreme. Sharing the photo, Janhvi captioned it, “This is where I go to get away. You can request to book it now on @airbnb.” See here:

On the work front, Janhvi Kapoor will be seen in Mr. and Mrs. Mahi with Rajkummar Rao. The film is directed by Sharan Sharma, who made his debut with Gunjan Saxena: The Kargil Girl in which Janhvi played the lead role. Shri Smt. Mahi marks Janhvi and Rajkummar Rao’s second collaboration after Roohi.
