Taapsee PannuWho married badminton player Mathias Boe in Udaipur in March, opened up about her life philosophy and how she sees her future in an interview. Ale, Telugu to Hindi films, Pink to Haseen Dilruba – Taapsee has come a long way in her professional journey. Talking about her inner peace and experiences, Taapsee told Elle, “There will always be people around you who have more or less than you, and in the rush to reach the top, we forget that there is no ‘top’. I am. It’s better to start enjoying life beyond my profession. I get it. I’m okay with never being the biggest thing, but I want to make sure I live every day of my life happily. You’re not as important as you are your head.”

Apart from work, traveling and spending time with family keeps Taapsee grounded. Talking about travel, Taapsee told Elle, “It helps me stay mentally fit. This profession can easily make you a narcissist and make you feel like the world revolves around you and it’s all about you. Travel helps me realize that you are the bigger picture of things.” There’s literally nothing in the plan, which helps me let things go and relax.”

During the same interview, Taapsee said, “I have a family and a home to fall back on and I have friends beyond the film industry who I intentionally hang out with to keep that non-celebrity side of me alive.”

Taapsee tied the knot with Mathias Boe in an intimate ceremony in Udaipur. According to sources, the couple had a mehendi and sangeet ceremony before the wedding. The pre-wedding celebration and marriage took place between March 21 and 24. Taapsee’s Thappad co-star Pavel Gulati and her dear friends Abhilash Thapliyal (Aspiring actor) and screenwriter Kanika Dhillon attended the wedding. Among other guests, badminton players Satwiksai Raj Rankireddy and Chirag Shetty, coached by Mathais Boi, attended the wedding. The wedding was organized by The Wedding Factory, an event management company owned by Taapsee, her sister Shagun Pannu and Farah Sood.

In recent years, Taapsee was seen in Vinil Mathew’s Haseen Dillaruba as Vikrant Massey. She also acted in the film Shabaash Mithu based on the life of Indian cricket captain Mithali Raj. Taapsee Pannu made her debut as a producer with Blur. She also acted in that film with Gulshan Devaiya. Dhak Dhak, produced by Taapsee, was released last year. The film starred Ratna Pathak Shah, Dia Mirza, Fatima Sana Shaikh and Sanjana Sanghi in lead roles. Taapsee Pannu was last seen opposite Shah Rukh Khan in Rajkumar Hirani’s Dunki.
