On Sunday morning, attackers opened fire outside superstar Salman Khan’s house in Bandra, Mumbai. Several media reports soon after claimed that the shooting was a publicity stunt. Clarifying, Salman Khan’s brother Arbaaz Khan issued a statement on behalf of his family on Monday. He said that claims of a publicity stunt related to the incident were “not true” and such thoughts should not be taken seriously. He wrote, “The recent incident of firing by two unidentified motorcycle-borne persons at Galaxy Apartments, Salim Khan family’s residence, is very upsetting and upsetting. This shocking incident has taken our family back. Unfortunately some people are claiming. Being close to our family and Pretending to be spokespersons are making bogus statements to the media that this is all a publicity stunt and there is no impact on the family which is not true and these views should not be taken seriously.”

Calling out people for spreading fake news, he added, “No member of the Salim Khan family has made any statement to the media regarding this incident. At this time, the family is helping and cooperating with the police in investigating this untoward incident. “We have faith in the Mumbai Police and to protect and secure our family. They have assured that they will do everything to the best of their ability.
