Actress Sharwari Wagh, who is currently basking in the success of her recent release ants, will be sharing screen space with Alia Bhatt in YRF’s untitled action thriller, which will be part of their spy universe. However, the actress recently revealed that she has been auditioning for YRF for years and has also auditioned for Anushka Sharma’s audition. needle thread And Sultan, while talking to Bollywood Bubble, Sharwari said, “During auditions, people don’t tell you which film we are auditioning for at least at the initial stage. I remember auditioning for Sui Dhaaga and Sultan (In and Around). In fact, I auditioned every 2-3 months.
Sharwari made her film debut in 2021 with Rani Mukerji in Bunty Aur Babli 2 but the film did not perform well. Talking about the film’s failure, Sharvari said, “When you make your debut, you are in a bubble, dreaming with great dedication to see yourself on the big screen. Before Bunty Aur Babli 2, during the shoot and even after its release, I slept with the same dream every day.”
On the work front, Sharvari was last seen in Munjya. Directed by Aditya Sarpotdar, Munjaya stars Abhay Varma as Bittu, Sharwari Wagh as Bela and Mona Singh as Bittu’s mother, Pammi. The film tells the story of Bittu, who returns to his ancestral village and accidentally unleashes an angry ghost named Munjya. He then tries to save himself and Bella from this ghost. The duo’s encounter with Munjya is both funny and scary in equal measure.
Ahead of Munjya’s release, Sharwari Vagh spoke about her character in the film. Speaking to news agency ANI, she said, “My character is a modern girl who wants to fulfill her dreams and prioritize them before everything else, which I think we all do these days. Many girls will relate to my character. Her dating life is also very confusing, many girls can relate to that too. A beautifully written character.”
