Arjun Kapoor shared an update from the sets of Rohit Shetty for his Instagram fans Singham again. Arjun posted a shirtless photo of himself on his Instagram stories. In the photo, Arjun Kapoor is seen clicking a selfie in the mirror. He is seen sporting an intense look. Sharing the photo, Arjun Kapoor wrote, “Shoot life!! Singham again.” FYI, Singham Again boasts of a huge star cast. Apart from Ajay Devgn, Ranveer Singh and Akshay Kumar, the film also stars Deepika Padukone, Tiger Shroff, Kareena Kapoor.
In February, it was announced that Arjun Kapoor had joined the Rohit Shetty directorial as the villain. Arjun Kapoor has shared his first look from the film. Arjun’s face is seen covered in blood in the picture. In the second shot, we can see Ranveer Singh and Arjun Kapoor looking directly into each other’s eyes. Arjun Kapoor captioned the post, “Singham ka Khalnayak! Feeling on top of the world to be a part of hit-machine Rohit Shetty sir’s police universe! Talking about Rohit Shetty’s faith in his abilities, Arjun said, “I am happy that a veteran filmmaker like Rohit Shetty has the ability to play the villain in his massively produced Singham Again, which has so many stars! I know. It’s my everything and when the film releases I am excited to see how people respond to me when that happens,” news agency ANI reported.
Talking about the challenges of the role, Arjun Kapoor said, “When I wanted to experience acting, all I wanted to do was act and face the camera. I was never fixated on what I was chosen to do on screen. I wanted to experience it. I was giving shots to the actors. The excitement and joy that I felt was the rush to be in front of the camera and I wanted to work hard to do well.
Singham released in 2011. Ajay Devgn, Prakash Raj and Kajal Aggarwal played the lead roles in the film. Singham Returns released in 2014. Singham Returns starred Ajay Devgn, Kareena Kapoor, Amol Gupte in lead roles. Simmba, released in 2018, introduced Ranveer Singh to the cop-universe. Suryavanshi (2021) introduced Akshay Kumar to the franchise. All these were hits at the box office.
