In a recent podcast, Sonam Kapoor, who welcomed son Vayu in 2022, talked about her postpartum journey, weight gain and more. Fashionable Pernia’s style icon Podcast “I gained 32kg. To be honest, I was very traumatized at first. You’re so obsessed with your baby, you don’t think about exercising, eating right. It took me a year and a half. I took it very slowly, you must be slow because You have to adapt to the new you,” said the actress. She added, “Everything in your life changes. Your relationship with yourself changes, with your husband, it changes, everything changes. You will never feel this way about your body. I’ve always accepted myself for who I am and I was like, I need to accept this version of myself.”
